A Detroit man pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to mailing an interracial couple a noose and a photo of the dead body of O.J. Simpson's murdered ex-wife.You won't see anything like the above in the tea party, especially those that are black. I got a chance to interview 3 black conservatives at a Sarah Palin rally in Clarkston, MI that I covered (coverage at the links here and here). I asked them specifically about the racial angle:
Glenn E. Morgan Jr., faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when U.S. District Judge Robert Cleland sentences him Jan. 12 in Detroit.
...Morgan, 40, admitted sending the noose and photos, including several of black men being lynched, to the Detroit couple on Patton Street in November 2008. The husband is black and his wife is white.
"N----- like you that bring WHITE TRASH into our community should be lynched for being RACE TRAITORS!!!!," the letter read, according to court records.
A message sent with the photo of Nicole Brown Simpson read: "This is the fate of the N----- Lovin white woman."
It's not about race, but rather policy, and it is the latter that gave rise to the tea party movement, not the former. Yet, opponents have done their best to paint the tea party as racist even though I have reported from many tea parties and my pics and interviews included black people there. In fact, there are many black tea party participants that are simply ignored by the media. I asked an interracial couple the race question at a recent tea party rally:
As well as Andrew, who brought together the Pontiac Tea Party and has seven interracial children (he brought 2 with him on this day):
Here's one more video from Washington DC:
The liberal MSM, as indicated by the many interviews in these tea party chronicles, hates black conservatives almost as much as the liberal activist left. Almost.
