Video: Clown from MN Al Franken Tries To Ask Gotcha Question On Voter ID Stats, Fails, Then Claims He Has To Leave Immediately

If you ever go to bed and can't sleep, just come back here and play this video. Al Franken may go down as the most boring speaker of all time. Here he tries to ask a gotcha question on voter ID laws but apparently doesn't understand math very well because he infers that a higher black voting rate is irrelevant because there are now more black people in Georgia (Earth to Al - voting rate is the percentage of that group that voted  irrespective of the groups proportion of the population). And right after the question, he tries to slide right out f the hearing before a response can be had:
