When Obama got into office, and the Democrats had total domination in both the House and the Senate, bills were being passed in the dead of night without anyone reading them. Recall the infamous Pelosi declaration:

It occurred to me last night that Obama is taking the next illogical step in the legislative process - demanding that bills be passed before they're even written. Obama came to the stage last night with only talking points on the teleprompter, and demanded that Congress pass his talking points. NOW! Pres. Obama: Pass This Jobs Bill Right Away.
Um - what bill? Did somebody post it and I missed it? WHAT BILL???
