I hope his suit is successful, because letting yourself be murdered because of a stupid policy is asinine. And what is it with targeting pharmacists anyway? From just a couple months ago: Obamaland: Pharmacist sent to prison for life for shooting armed robber. In Britain, it is routine to punish the victims for defending themselves against burglars and muggers (Good grief: Police demand residents not put up wires on windows - might hurt... THE BURGLARS!). It seems that that sort of weapons-grade moonbattery is infecting socialists on this side of the pond as well. Business owners be warned: it isn't only armed thieves you have to worry about, but their fellow travelers running our demented legal system:

A controversial decision to send a pharmacist to jail for life for shooting dead a young man who tried to rob his store has caused a storm of protest.

Jerome Ersland was given a life sentence for the first-degree murder of 16-year-old Antwun Parker at an Oklahoma court last week.

Never mind that Parker and another punk burst into his pharmacy and pointed a gun at Ersland. How many urban juries or liberal judges are going to side with a white guy who served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force against a historically put-upon person of politically correct lineage?

Perhaps I was wrong. In the liberal Utopia, it only pays to be a violent criminal living on welfare and the plunder of honest citizens, as long as you keep voting for liberal Democrats.

UPDATE: A second thought on this. It strikes me as quite ironic that these pharmacists are being persecuted (and prosecuted) for defending their own life. Meanwhile, Obama and liberal bureaucrats are forcing them to dispense abortion pills to murder innocent babies against their conscience.
