An update on government over-regulation gone awry: Good grief: MI Woman Faces Jail Time for Veggie Garden. Oak Park resident Julie Bass made the mistake of daring to grow a vegetable garden in her front yard, that landed her under the foot of the ruling class wielding vague regulations as to what she could and could not do with her own property:

But the absurdity of the whole thing landed the episode, and its perpetrator, as the Nanny of the Month:
